Apple Vision Pro has already created hype in the market; many have criticized it. Most people are pointing out its price and battery life. I have closely seen and analyzed the promo video of Apple Vision Pro, and here is my opinion.
Apple has invented great technology; however, when it comes to its competitors, they sell their products at half the price. The closest competitor of Vision Pro is Meta Quest Pro and Valve Index, which is priced at $999 and $1,410. These products are available at 50% less price. At the same time, Apple kept the Vision Pro price at $3,499.
I also cannot deny that Vision Pro has much greater tech advancement than its competitors. If you see the screen or sound quality that Vision Pro offer is of top quality However its battery life is still questionable as a consumer; we should have gotten at least more than 3 or maybe 4 hours of battery life.
Why Apple Vision Pro offers less battery life?
Apple Vision Pro has 2 hours of battery life on a single charge. The main reason for this much lower battery life is the presence of a 4k display and speakers in the band, which consumes more power. Additionally, Vision Pro has Two Chips, M2 and R1, and many sensors and cameras, which require a lot of juice to run. Due to this, the battery runs for 2 hours.
